At least 50 % of the total energy used to heat swimming pool water shall come from renewable energy sources as defined in Article 2(a) of Directive 2009/28/EC (1 point).

(b)


At least 95 % of the total energy used to heat swimming pool water shall come from renewable energy sources as defined in Article 2(a) of Directive 2009/28/EC (1,5 point).
